As the name suggests, this company was based in Liverpool. They made a range of high quality models from 1935-1939. (However, see Cyldon???). The company was preceded by Ernest Clause, who made some similar engines and became one of the founders of Mersey. Stories that Mersey's factory was bombed are not true.
