This LT stirling engine is of unknown make. I seem to remember it said Made in China when I bought it. I have recently seen similar engines offered for sale under the brand name "Foosoo" but that may be just an exporter.
It is a low temperature type with a large area displacement cylinder, which is intended to be heated by standing on a cup of hot water or a similar heat source.
The displacement cylinder constitutes the base of the engine and is 102mm diameter x 22mm high. The displacement piston is made of light weight foam material.
On the top plate is mounted the supports for the crankshaft and the glass power cylinder. The power piston is also glass and is 16mm bore x 8mm stroke. The crankshaft has two cranks, for the connecting rods from the power and displacement pistons, and an 86mm diameter flywheel.
The engine works well sitting on a cup of tea, or runs backwards at reduced speed sitting on a block of ice, although it won't work by the heat from a hand, like some will.
